No problem, send us your original parts, in good condition, back. If you have no use for them. We´ll refund you a good price.

Please contact us in advance and inform us what you would like to ship back and which way you prefer to receive the refund. Immediately after your package received in our company, we´ll transfer the total on the way you told us before.

After you have replaced your original parts with our Carbon parts, inform us that there is an package on the way to us, including item 088 Side vents r+l and 128 Tiptronic shifter.
After receiving and an short check, we´ll refund you on the way you told us before 75 € + 60 € = 135 € (like promised in the PDF lists above,here for 997 Carrera
).
You have received a refund of 20,6 % from the price you´ve paid before.
The average amount is about 15%, but could be between 5% and up to 30% or more.

Availability of the products: We have a large stock and a lot of parts in stock. Because of a big request it could be sometimes, that we´ve one or more parts not in stock. In this case we´ll send as much items from your order as possible immediately and the missing parts asap in an second package. For parts not in stock the normal delivery time is 14-21 days. This time-frame is necessary to save our highest quality standards for each step in the production. Of course we´ll inform you immediately after your order about availability of the parts and the shipping date.
For questions, problems or special wishes you could contact us 24 hours a days, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, via the shown sevice-number or via e-mail support.
Guarantee:
The point quality and warranty is very important for us. You´ll get a 2 years legal warranty on the stability and conservation of the quality. If there is an problem after 3,5 or 7 years..., please contact us and we´ll replace it or find an solution. We´re able to give this long warranty, because of our experience and know-how in the production confirm us that there will be in 99,99 % no problem with our parts. The last 0,01 % we can´t eleminate, because every part is made in handwork. Problems like peeling off, cracking, color change to yellow, green..., weave changes and every other Quality losings are foreign for our customers.
